Plan C
Full Service

- Filters cleaned as needed
- Weekly Vacuum as needed

- Weekly Skim pool surface.
Equipment: Will be inspected and replaced if needed. If it is under $25.00 we will charge your account; any necessary mechanical repairs or parts over $25.00 will be reported to the customer and repaired upon approval.
Cancellation: Cancellation must be in writing or our office called and notified 30 days prior to cancellation date.
Water Level: Due to the amount of time it takes to raise the water level in the pool, it is the customer’s responsibility to adjust the water level of the pool. Pool water should be halfway between the tile, or more importantly halfway between the skimmer throat. This will prevent the pump from sucking and taking the pump out of prime.
Equipment: Will be inspected and replaced if needed. If it is under $25.00 we will charge your account; any necessary mechanical repairs or parts over $25.00 will be reported to the customer and repaired upon approval.
Service Calls: $125.00 per hour, with a minimum charge $150 Trip per visit.
Payment: Monthly billing will be sent on the 15th of the month for the following month and is due by the 5th of the month. If payment is not received by the 10th of each month, service will be stopped. The week between Christmas and New Years will not be serviced. Service will be doubled up the week before or the week after. If you pay for a year in advance you will receive 1 month free.
**Filter backwashing on a DE filter is done on an as-needed basis. There are 3 backwashes a year included in the cost of monthly services. The cleaning process includes backwashing sand and D.E. filters and recharging D.E. filters with diatomaceous earth. The fourth backwash is a
split and clean and that will be an additional charge of $125.00 a year. This should only need to be a once-a-year cleaning.
**Backwashing is for sand and D.E. filters, and not the cleaning of cartridges for cartridge filters.
** Quad Cartridge filters require us to dismantle the filter and hose off each cartridge element until clean and put them back together. These cleanings are only needed every 6 months. Two cleanings a year are included with your monthly services. Should you want additional cleanings they will be at a cost of $125.00 each. Chemical-only services may request to schedule filter cleanings at an additional cost.
